When you suffer from congestion, headaches, allergies, sinusitis, or nasal infection, this traditional ayurvedic therapy can provide a miraculous remedy. Consisting of 3 sessions for 3 days in a row and performed by one of our ayurvedic therapists, the Nasya Treatment combines a shoulder, neck, and face marma massage with direct steam to open the sinuses. A special Nasya formula is then administered to cleanse, purify, and strengthen the nasal passages, allowing for deeper breathing and a sense of clarity and relaxation.
