Etiquette: The Spa is a serene retreat for your body, mind and spirit.  We respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum and turn off your cell phones.

Gift Certificates: Give the gift of wellness and serenity. Gift certificates may be purchased in person or by phone for your convenience.  

Reservations: To ensure your preferred date, therapist and time of treatment, advanced reservations are recommended. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

Check In / Late Arrivals: Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to prepare and take a moment to breathe. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.  

Special Consideration: If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications, we may advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist  aware of any medical conditions.    

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment.  Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled appointment.   

Payment: We accept cash and Visa and Master Card. Prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice. 

Gratuity: Industry standard for gratuity is 15% - 20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. You may leave cash or credit card tips when you pay for your service.
