Panchakarma (meaning five actions) is the ancient system of Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy designed to facilitate the removal of deep rooted stress and impurities in the physiology. Panchakarma re-establishes balance, detoxifies, tonifies and rejuvenates the entire body. The program includes consultations with Pratima at the beginning and end of your course, customized diet, recommendations, specialized therapeutic and detoxifying body treatments, nasya treatments,  and an at-home day of oleation therapy to eliminate excess accumulations. Panchakarma is recommended on a seasonal basis to maintain and promote well-being and health.

Cellulite Reduction Program

This focused program consists of a consultation with Dr. Pratima Raichur, a customized dietary regime (additional internal herbs not included), and 12 targeted body treatments in six weeks, which work to effectively reduce cellulite accumulation, improve circulation, and enhance the body's texture, tone and appearance. The treatments begin with a brisk herbal exfoliation, specialized earth mud and a massage application of Pratima's exclusive Anti-Cellulite Formula, which helps to break up fatty deposits and energize blood flow. The entire area is then stimulated with a rhythmic, pulsing action to further break down cellulite and increase metabolic exchanges, leaving you with a smoother and firmer appearance. Hair Grow Treatment Program

This intensive program includes a Consultation with Dr. Pratima Raichur, 3 Scalp Treatments performed at our Spa Clinic, a 3 month supply of Herbal Hair Grow Formula and internal Herbal Hair Tonic (any additional herbs not included).  Added benefits include relief from dandruff, alopecia, sensitive scalp and preventing premature graying. 

Nasya Treatment Program

When you suffer from congestion, headaches, allergies, sinusitis, or nasal infection, this traditional Ayurvedic therapy can provide a miraculous remedy. Consisting of 3 sessions for 3 days in a row and performed by one of our Ayurvedic therapists, the Nasya Treatment combines a shoulder, neck, and face marma massage with direct steam to open the sinuses. A special Nasya formula is then administered to cleanse, purify, and strengthen the nasal passages, allowing for deeper breathing and a sense of clarity and relaxation.
